AutoSort Add-on Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the AutoSort add-on (“the Add-on”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the add-on.

2. Service Description

AutoSort automates sorting operations within your Google Sheets™ spreadsheets. The Add-on offers a free (Lite) version and a paid (Pro) version, with extra features unlocked for Pro users.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring your data is accurate and up to date.
  
  

• Do not use the Add-on for unlawful or prohibited purposes.
  
  

• You are responsible for managing access to your own Google Sheets™.
  
  

4. Subscription and Payment

• The Pro version is offered as a one-time payment via Stripe.
  
  

• No credit card or financial data is stored by the Add-on. Payments are processed through Stripe’s secure servers.
  
  

5. Intellectual Property

• The Add-on and its code, branding, and documentation are owned by Easiquant.
  
  

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Add-on without permission.
  
  

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Add-on is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  
  

• Easiquant is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profits, arising from the use or inability to use the Add-on.
  
  

• You are responsible for keeping backups of your data.
  
  

7. Termination

• You may uninstall the Add-on at any time.
  
  

• We may terminate access to the Add-on for violation of these terms or for security/legal reasons.
  
  

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Changes will be posted at [your website or add-on homepage] and effective immediately upon posting.
